- 1 minute lunges (lunge through your house...up and down the hallway. Keep your knee directly above your foot and not over so you don't hurt your knees)
- 1 minute push-ups (start on knees...keep but down...breathe...suck belly button in to support your back...it helps.
- 1 minute squats (get as low as you can...don't let your knee go over your toes. Practice lowering yourself down over the couch or chair first without using your hands. Once you have the form right...do it without the couch. Or lower yourself down using the wall as a brace. You can use an exercise ball behind your back to lower yourself gently too.)
- 1 minute of crunches (back pushed into floor...just life shoulders...belly button in...breathe...keep shoulders down)
- 1 minute Jumping jacks
Repeat the above routine 3 times...you have a workout that's just over 30 minutes and should exhaust you. When I can't make it to the gym I do something like this at home. Enjoy!
